Cancellation and Return Policy

1. Introduction
- This policy has been prepared to regulate the cancellation and return processes in Almet Aluminum’s sales activities. Ensuring clarity and transparency in our business processes is our top priority within our customer satisfaction-oriented service approach.
2. General Provisions

2.1. This policy applies to all sales transactions made with Almet Aluminum.

2.2. Almet Aluminum reserves the final decision authority in cancellation and return processes.

2.3. Our company does not accept return requests due to damages and issues caused by the customer during the post-sales process.
3. Return Conditions

3.1. Return requests will be evaluated under the following conditions:

- 3.1.1. A written request must be submitted within 5 (five) business days from the product delivery date. The product will be accepted for return unconditionally if it has manufacturing defects or damages caused by Almet Aluminum.

- 3.1.2. If the product does not have manufacturing defects or damages caused by Almet Aluminum, the right to return is entirely at the discretion of Almet Aluminum, and return requests may be denied.

3.2. Return requests will be rejected in the following cases:

- 3.2.1. If there is any physical damage, deformation, improper use, or storage-related issues caused by the customer.

- 3.2.2. If the product has been cut, resized, or processed according to the customer’s special requests.

- 3.2.3. If the customer has confirmed the delivery note stating that the product was received in full condition.

3.3. During the return process, the Almet Aluminum team will inspect the product and determine the source of the damage. If it is found that the product has no defects caused by Almet Aluminum, the return request may be denied.
4. Cancellation Conditions
- 4.1. Order cancellations can only be made before the shipment process begins.
- 4.2. Special orders (products that have been cut, shaped, or processed according to customer instructions) cannot be canceled.
- 4.3. If the shipment process has started but the product has not yet been delivered, cancellation requests will be accepted, but the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
5. Refund Policy
- 5.1. If the return request is approved by Almet Aluminum, the refundable amount will be returned to the customer after deducting certain costs such as shipping and product inspection.
- 5.2. The refund will be processed within 20 (twenty) business days after the product is received and accepted by Almet Aluminum.
- 5.3. If the return request is denied, the product will be sent back to the customer, and no refund will be issued.
6. Legal Basis
- 6.1. This policy has been prepared in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code and other relevant regulations.
- 6.2. In case of any disputes arising from this policy, Turkish Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
7. Other Provisions
- 7.1. Almet Aluminum reserves the right to update this policy without prior notice.
- 7.2. The invalidity of any provision of this policy shall not affect the validity of other provisions.
8. Enforcement
- This policy comes into effect on 08.02.2025 and applies to all transactions made from this date onward.
